Guaranty Period

De Novo Staffing Solutions offers several options to our clients to guaranty that the candidates we place with them not only meet expectations and stay employed for 90 days (the industry standard) – we feel that we have not succeeded unless direct/perm hired candidates stay employed for years to come. While we cannot control variables that can affect the longevity of any employee, we can offer a 180 day guaranty period and in some cases a 12 month guaranty. This is by far the longest guaranty in this industry and clearly demonstrates our commitment to our work and confidence in our candidates.
