We are currently conducting fact-finding meetings with new and existing clients to find out what their IT goals are, what is on the horizon and how we can be of assistance. With this information (and usually a 30-60 minute meeting) we will be able to make some suggestions on the best possible staffing options including which positions should be contract, perm, contract-to-hire – and if any projects may be better off outsourced. De Novo Staffing Solutions also provides small to mid-size, turn-key IT projects. For instance – software implementations and customization (i.e. MS Systems software, Unix Systems software QA programs, SEO, mobile website optimization, shopping cart implementation and customization, Microsoft Silverlight, and many others), Identity Management implementation, Software quality assurance – and our specialty is evaluating a companies IT department and suggesting ways to make processes more efficient and cost effective. Many times this involves out-sourcing certain areas of your business that don’t need to be handled in-house – thus freeing up your internal resources for their core responsibilities.
De Novo Staffing Solutions provides scalable staffing services including everything from highly-managed recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) that covers as many positions as our clients want us to assist with; down to the small scale, 1 to 2 positions per year on a contingent basis. Most of our clients utilize our assistance as an augmentation for their own efforts, but we’re moving to suggest our full-service RPO service. This allows your internal recruiting and HR department to cancel all of your subscriptions to job-boards and we implement a full-scale applicant tracking and vendor management solution for you. The draw for your company and team is a much higher level of organization and a single point of contact between you and your staffing vendor (and we can deal with any other vendors you have as well – unlike other companies that offer this service, we charge no commission if one of the other vendors fills a position).
Our RPO service doesn’t require you to relinquish all recruitment to us and can actually be scaled up or down depending on your starting position. We understand that SO many companies out there over-promise and under-deliver, so we can set this service up to handle only a few openings to start out in order to prove our capability.
We are fully bonded and insured, and our services are laid out in service level agreements with deliverables. We guaranty our accomplishment of the deliverables in-full and provide contingency plans as well as discounts and refunds in the event that a deliverable is not met.
With 2 months or so until the 2nd quarter, now is the time to start planning for this. Our success in this business has been completely due to understanding our clients’ needs, planning accordingly and EXECUTING PROPERLY. It won’t take much of your time to provide us with the info we need (by design – we know your time is extremely limited, so we make SURE to take as little of it as possible).
