The De Novo Process

Our process is simple but very unique. We utilize best practices and some of our own proprietary practices to identify and place candidates that have a track record of success. We have two primary sources for obtaining candidates: referralls and recruiting from our clients competitors. We do not actively utilize job boards for searches and we extensively screen candidates to ensure that they don’t just meet your standards in the beginning – but for years to come.
We strive to create life-long relationships with all of our candidates and yes – there are many candidates that don’t meet our stringent requirements. If we can’t stake our releationship on a candidate, we will not submit them to a client. However, the candidates that do meet our standards are given the best treatment, presented with only jobs that meet your requirements (location, function, compensation, and the MANY other “fringe” benefits that come along with these positions). We understand your time is valuable and we won’t waste it. We will NEVER submit your resume to any company or individual without your consent. You will be given a dedicated recruiting specialist with at least 5 years of industry experience who will walk you through your job search, provide resume advice, interview coaching and give you all the resources necessary to find the perfect job for you.
