I will tell you that we don’t actively utilize high volume, massive job boards for searches and most of our candidates are going to be passive – meaning they already have a job and they are leaving it to work for you. This is almost always the best candidate for a many reasons. The bottom line – we fill positions quickly and efficiently. We are not simply a “filter” for candidates that answer ads on job-boards and we are extremely picky about who we send to our clients and we understand that you don’t have time to shuffle through 20-30 candidates from each recruiter you work.
