As most of you know, I’m the president of the company and all of my major accounts transferred over with me from my previous position. However, to some companies out there we’re not a “known quantity” so I’d like to offer a guaranty to any company out there that is interested in our services. Any company can sell a service, but the delivery/execution is usually lacking. If you don’t hire one of these 3 candidates, we will continue the search but give you a 50% discount off of the fee. I will tell you that we don’t actively utilize high volume, massive job boards for searches and most of our candidates are going to be passive – meaning they already have a job and they are leaving it to work for you. This is almost always the best candidate for a many reasons. The bottom line – we fill positions quickly and efficiently. We are not simply a “filter” for candidates that answer ads on job-boards and we are extremely picky about who we send to our clients and we understand that you don’t have time to shuffle through 20-30 candidates from each recruiter you work.
