We launched De Novo On-Site in December, which is essentially just putting one of our recruiters on-site with our client, charging them a flat fee/month with very short contract periods with no limit on the amount of positions that can be filled. After they hired De Novo On-Site, the data showed that of the 37 people hired in the 1st quarter of 2011 – 22 of the original 37 hired were still there. 18 of those employees were hired through De Novo.
